CCD
The purpose of the College Chapter Director is to serve as the main advisory contact for the Chapter President and to advise the chapter in all of its activities and business, with the support of additional chapter advisors as they are available. The CCD must uphold the Constitution and Delta Zeta Sorority Policies, and she is responsible for the satisfactory operation of the chapter and maintaining high achievement in all phases of sorority programming. The CCD should be kept informed of all chapter activities and must approve any activities before they can be presented to the membership. The CCD serves as the main contact to the RCD and is the organizer and leader for the rest of the chapter Advisory Board.
RCD
The Regional Collegiate Director (RCD) serves in a coaching role to the advisors for all of the chapters in a specific region of the country. The RCD will work primarily with the CCD and other chapter advisors. The Chapter President should work with the CCD to ensure that the RCD is kept in the loop on any major chapter issues. In the absence of a CCD, the RCD will assume the CCD role, and the Chapter President will work directly with the RCD.
Campus Administration
The Sorority exists upon any campus by approval of the college administration. The chapter and its individual members are subject to all college policies and rules. Should any chapter act upon the assumption that its behavior is above and beyond the reach of the college, the college authorities can bar the chapter from further existence on campus. The Chapter President should work closely with the officials on her respective campus who are directly responsible for fraternities and sororities. This may be the Fraternity/Sorority Advisor (FSA), Director of Student Activities or representative from the Student Affairs Office. Each Delta Zeta chapter is expected to cooperate with those offices in all college matters. Sometimes requests are made from student groups or faculty members, which seems contrary to Delta Zeta policies. If any requests are made, contact the College Chapter Director, Director of Chapter Services and Delta Zeta National Panhellenic Conference Delegate immediately for procedure to fulfil the request. Additionally, if the campus administrator, that the chapter works with, changes throughout your term in office, please notify the College Chapter Director and Director of Chapter Services.
