Meetings with Officers – Advisors are expected to have one-on-one meetings with their prospective officers. These meetings should focus on the officers’ responsibilities including due dates and member management related to their role. These meetings should happen either weekly or biweekly depending on the responsibility of the officer. Some positions need more attention than others.

Advisory Board Meetings – It is expected that advisors meet frequently to discuss the state of the chapter in addition to operations, member experience and officer updates. As a board it is important to operate as a unit and be aware of the ins and outs of the chapter to better support them and one another as a unit. It is critical that the CCD is planning these meetings monthly or quarterly, depending on the state of the chapter.
